Transit | New fareboxes are coming to Belleville Transit that will streamline the process when boarding the bus. Starting on Jan. 13, Belleville Transit will begin transitioning all of their buses to a new farebox system. During this transition period, there will be no change to how passengers use the bus or pay for their fares. Following the transition period, users will be able to scan the QR code on electronic passes, use reloadable pass cards and pay with cash as they board the bus.
